Abstract

Employee performance is the achievement of work targets carried out by employees supported by individual abilities, expertise and skills so as to facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. Employee performance is basically a set of work results achieved in accordance with the standards set by the agency using strategic planning so that organizational goals are realized. This research was conducted in an effort to improve employee performance by strengthening the variables of organizational culture, visionary leadership, self-efficacy and job satisfaction
