Oral test wasgiven to measure students’ ability to spelling the word. t-test formula wasused to analyze the data. The result of the data analysis shows that t-test value is12.8meanwhile the t-table value is 2.07 at significant level 0.05 with the degree of freedom (df) is 21. It was found that the t-calculated is higher than that of t-table (12.8>2.07). It means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.
